How do you become an ISO 14001 employee?

To become an ISO 14001 employee, it is necessary to successfully complete a recognized training and qualification program related to the ISO 14001 environmental management system standard. At the end of the training, an assessment of the participant’s knowledge of the standard’s requirements is typically carried out. Such certificates demonstrate that the individual understands the ISO 14001 requirements and has basic practical application knowledge. The certificate is issued to the individual and should not be confused with the ISO 14001 certification of organizations.
