Transferring Your ISO Management System Certification to PIAQ is Easy

You can easily transfer your valid and accredited ISO certification to PIAQ. The following conditions must be met for a certification transfer:

The certificate must be issued by an accredited certification body. Companies with certificates from non-accredited certification bodies are considered new customers.
The certificate must be valid. Certifications that are suspended will not be accepted for transfer.

The transfer of a certification can take place at any time during the audit cycle. In the following graphic, we show you how easy it is to switch to PIAQ in four steps.

Fill out the 'Request a Quote' form and submit a copy of your accredited certificate and the latest audit report.

A Pre-Transfer Review, consisting of a document review and/or a client visit, is conducted by an auditor.

Upon a positive certification decision, the certificate is transferred and a new certificate is issued with the previous validity date.

The next upcoming audit will be conducted by PIAQ and continued in accordance with the new certification audit program.
