• The basic terms, definitions, and the seven quality principles according to ISO 9000.
• The relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction.
• The concept of a process-oriented quality management system, structure, and content of ISO 9001.
• Basic understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001.

• Refresher on the basics of audits and standard knowledge (ISO 9001),
• Guidance for audits according to ISO 19011 and ISO 17021,
• Planning, preparation, and implementation of audits,
• Monitoring measures and follow-up,
• Communication skills,
• Questioning techniques, conducting audit openings, formulating audit questions, active listening, and dealing with communication problems.
